Very dirty The room was so dirty !!!!!! Don't think the floors had been clean in months. I went and bought Lysol spray to spray down the bed. Very uncomfortable bed also. We will never go back.

Upon checking in the staff was not friendly. Did not greet you to make you feel welcome. After we got to the room for the evening, the power went out due to a storm, but no back up, was off for over 2 hours, then the fire alarms were going off and they had a hard time controlling that, then there was yapping dogs. Then at 7am got a wake up call that was not asked for. Just not overly pleased with the service. Would not go back.

Toilet quit working first day and sink backed up. When I checked out I forgot my brand new shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash.I called the next morning and they were rude to me and told me to call later. I called back got transferred three times. The housekeeper got on the phone told me she didn’t find anything 😡 My items where valued about $100. Liter... read more

Had to insist on a working rooom Checking was a nightmare. Was given a metal key because the card reader was broken. Took the front desk several attempts to get it open. A puddle around fridge and it didn’t work. When I spoke to the same man, he said the puddle may have been from a pet. I did not bring a pet, which means he thought it was there from previous guest. He felt the fridge and said it was cold. It clearly was not and dials were missing from the inside. He told me he would send someone to fix the door and the fridg... read more

Dumpsite in Sedalia Pictures of this property are at least 10 years old, It's a dump site. No light bulbs in room, roaches in bathroom, swimming pool is very small (pictures are misleading), rooms stink bad, beds were so wrinkled when we got in room, not sure they were clean, locks to rooms are worn out, Mgr plays stupid when you have a complaint. Sauna did not work, or hot tub, pool fits maybe 6 or 7 people. Breakfast was little to nothing to offer by 7:15, Phones kept going off in room at random, 4 cup coffee pot took 48 m... read more
