After having another company not show up we called Econo West. They set an appointment called to confirm apt. and called to get correct filter size. They were very friendly and told us all we asked. My unit was very dirty due to the winds and fires but they made sure it was clean and checked my thermostat and calibrated it. We were extremely pleased and would recommend Rodney and Bryan as they were the workmen sent by Econo West. to anyone who needs good work.

My furnace went inoperative on news year eve, schedules service on short noticed with Econo West, my lucky day they sent out Richard Gomez! Richard had my system diagnosed before he climbed the ladder, explained operation of my furnace system , replace bad component, Up And Running, within 30 minutes !!!! I am a repeat customer , I have also used their plumbing service, I will continue using and recommencing Econo West Heating/Air/Plumbing! Bruce H.

Guillermo ran the project and was here with John all day. He was very knowledgeable and started early when he said they would. It was very hot and a allot of work but they completed our AC unit and ducts in one day with the crew. John worked his butt off!
