My faith in Econo-West has been restored.. There was a discrepancy about pricing due to a communication hick-up. After contacting Econo-West it was resolved immediately. The courtesy and fast action in resolving the problem was greatly appreciated. Econo-West is back in my good graces. The work performed was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Our heater broke on a Sunday evening so I called Dave the owner of EconoWest and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He got the heat back on in no time and ordered the part we needed. I went to their shop and picked up the part the next day and met his incredible staff which were very helpful. Dave called several times that day to ask if I needed his help to install. I have used Econo West several times and always receive top-notch service. Always professional, fair, and they do an excellent job. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

So far everything is fine, except for an extra hole in our hallway wall inside the house. We have been told it will be repaired and I trust that. The people were great and it was a pleasure meeting and talking with them. All were first rate in our book. I would like to speak with someone about getting the unit that gives you instant hot water.
