My faith in Econo-West has been restored.. There was a discrepancy about pricing due to a communication hick-up. After contacting Econo-West it was resolved immediately. The courtesy and fast action in resolving the problem was greatly appreciated. Econo-West is back in my good graces. The work performed was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Our heater broke on a Sunday evening so I called Dave the owner of EconoWest and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He got the heat back on in no time and ordered the part we needed. I went to their shop and picked up the part the next day and met his incredible staff which were very helpful. Dave called several times that day to ask if I needed his help to install. I have used Econo West several times and always receive top-notch service. Always professional, fair, and they do an excellent job. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

So far everything is fine, except for an extra hole in our hallway wall inside the house. We have been told it will be repaired and I trust that. The people were great and it was a pleasure meeting and talking with them. All were first rate in our book. I would like to speak with someone about getting the unit that gives you instant hot water. We have been using your company for a few years, you are always the first company we call and you have never let us down. Your service repair men have always been nice and got the job done in a timely manner.
