Great, fast service. Although I hate having to pay $65 for a tech to spend 5 minutes plugging in a loose wire. But I understand business is business....

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday. It was very cold outside. I was given immediate assistance. The service technician came to my home, was able to get it working until the bigger repair could be done the next day. Everyone was so kind and helpful. You knew you were in good hands. Econo Air will always be my choice for heat and a/c work.

Our dispatcher, Karen, was very helpful, finding a technician for us so late in the evening. She also provided a temporary heater for us. Our technician, Guillermo, was also very helpful and was very vocal about our issues. He had to order the parts but fixed as soon as possible. Thank you very much, will recommend
