I am not satisfied on this new unit AC EVCON, I can't even stay upstairs in the afternoon, it's so hot., with the setting of 68-70, during the day still not making the house cooler. I called them to put at least more than 6 lbs of freon, they didn't do it.

Great service. Total messed up install by a different company had to be diagnosed and repaired/replaced by this crew. Econowest has danced with my ac/fau for several years as more bad install problems came to light. Thanks Dave and team!! Also got me a new 10 yr warranty on coil!

Called at 9:30 am on a Saturday, got an appointment for between 12 and 4. They got there at 1. Found the problem within minutes, had the unit up and running by 4. Will continue to use them from now on.

Econo West is the Best!!! Asked for a AC inspection and a appointment was made quickly. The level of professionalism during the inspection was amazing. All my questions were answered and my options for repair were clearly given. I highly recommend this company!!
