Your technician Jeff was a great help. He was on time; very knowledgeable of the equipment and offered several options to accomplish my goals. We were cold. Our heater caught on fire in my face, we called Dave at Econo West. He came right over gave us an estimate and started removal of the old unit. The new unit arrived and was installed. Now we have heat again, my girl is happy and we are all comfortable again. His guys were just wonderful, they answered all our questions and hauled the old unit to salvage. Technicians were knowledgeable, prices were within market price. They were polite and worked fast, considering it was a big project. Satisfied with their work and customer service. Explained to me what they were doing, what the components functions were and explained the difference between my 26 year old furnace and the new EPA certified furnace. Recommend them to everyone, best in town and honest in every way.
