Great service and very friendly. When i went to there shop Dave treated me like i was family ( not like a customer ) got me the correct part i needed and answered all my questions to help me do it myself. But found out its best to let a expert do the job, I call and asked for a service call and wow same day service. They sent me out a great guy named DAN He check it out and even showed me the problem and explained it in terms i can understand and there fee's are the best in the AV area. Quick response to my call. Your technician was courteous and seemed to correct the problem in a speedy manner...He also found a potential life threatening problem with our vent going out the roof. It had been knocked off and venting in the attic. Probably occurred when we had roof repair done last year. He also covered my bedroom floor with a tarp before placing the ladder on my carpet and kept everything clean. I appreciated that very much. Econo West Heat came over to my home found that my heating and air was under size and that due to poor installation water was building up inside the furnace causing to rust out and the AC was under size. They also pointed out that my water platform was giving way and that my water heater was leaning to one side. I am very please with Econo West Heating, Air & Plumbing.
