I want to thank Econo West for their perseverance in resolving a repeated issue that we were having with our Victorville Furnace. The Technician was prompt, courteous, and diligent in tracking down and correcting a problem that had resurfaced again. I received good communications from both the Technician and the main office. Gilbert did a great job of unplugging 3 drains in a short time. He warned us that roots had grown into one of the these drains, and that the problem would probably reoccur. We are opening up that drain to see what is going on, but meanwhile the flow is quite good. You guys have always done good work for us, be it air conditioning or pumbing. Thanks, Ian
