We have used Econo West for several years and have purchased their maintenance plan as gifts for family members. Their technicians always arrive on time, are clean, courteous, knowledgeable and articulate. Today's visit was no exception. We had an issue with the heater/air conditioner filter and the technician recommended a fix, provided an estimate if I wanted Econo West to do the work, and a location to purchase the parts if I choose to do it myself. Another outstanding Econo West maintenance call.

I have used Econo West for as long as I can remember. Their prices are competitive and I have always been well served by them with prompt and courteous attention.
Indoor unit is crooked on the wall. Installers didn't explain the operation of the system or the remote. They did leave the manual, but the remote is intimidating and a little explanation would have been helpful. The Fujitsu unit seems very quiet and operates very well. The installers seemed very proficient in their work just missed a couple of things.
Guillermo, along with Jesus, his assistant, providing the bid for a new air conditioning system were prompt, professional and submitted a bid in writing that day as well as a follow-up e-bid. We were impressed! We are still reviewing the possibilities but will definitely consider this company.
