The numbers were not what I was told they would be (interest rate, down payment, or monthly payment). They did not pay my insurance company what was quoted, which means I have to pay them out of pocket. No communication just referred to speak with others who I didn't know and didn't start out with. His favorite tagline.."Trust me". People don't!! Find someone else and save yourself the headache.
Eddie was very helpful in explaining the loan process and easing any worries I had. He was very driven and answered my calls promptly. I can tell he really loves his job and helping people get into the home they want. I am thankful for all his help and I've made a new friend in the process.
