Eddie and his team are by far the best lenders I’ve ever even talked to. I tried going to 2 different lenders in the past and neither one was able to do what him and his team were able to do and all with the greatest customer service. As anyone who is buying a home, it is a stressful process. From all the documents that is needed, all the back and forth. The Cost of inspections, appraisals, earnest money. Petty much a never ending story. Then throw in tax issues and hat would pretty much sum up my situation. Was pre qualified . Once i found a home and put in an offer got closed quickly. All the people i dealt with were very frirndly ,knowledgeable .and patient .
Eddie and his team were phenomenal! We closed in about 14 days. Eddie and his team made our loan top priority. He was understanding, patient and always kept us in the loop with both what was needed from us and what we couldn’t see behind the scenes.
