I called this morning to get an appointment today and they were able to squeeze me in. My dog Moshi started having diarrhea with blood and so I was really concerned. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Dr. Wen examined him and talked me through all options. I think we found our new vet office!
We found this amazing Vet for our large breed dog who is hard to treat due to anxiety. The staff was understanding, helpful and informative. Covid strict which we appreciated and our boy received excellent care and out of the box thinking from the Veterinarian in regards to something that others never addressed or didn't care to when we did. He truly cares, they all are a great team. Excellent coordination of animals and owners regarding drop off's and pick up's. we found it to be our new Vet for many years.
Took my pet for emergency GI surgery. Very accomodating, was able to be seen day of. Her incision line was straight, beautiful and clean. Switched as primary vet since :)
It was a very sad day when after our 22 year old cat had a stroke and was left with little to no feeling in his hind legs.Dr Dabaco treated him with skill and kindness toward us as his owners. After several months some feeling came back to his hind legs but a succession of other ailments hit our beautiful Main Coon Kidney failure and heart trouble so it was with a very heavy heart that we decided it was time to end his suffering.Dr Dabaco could not have been more supportive to us as Humans and to our Cats needs for a gentle ... read more
Great experience with the staff. Called in to make an appointment for our girl and they were accommodating. Small parking lot but you pull in and call to let the staff know you're there. They come out and grab your fur baby and a little later the Doc comes out to talk to you. Will be coming back.
Was calling around to try and get 2 feral cats fixed. No luck anywhere until Eden Pet Hospital answered the phone and was so helpful and kind and very loving to our 2 little stray kitties! They were affordable and truly cared about the care of our little guys even though they were feral. I would highly recommend them!
Wow! The staff here is very friendly and professional. During covid-19 you park in a parking spot and call the number posted on their door to check in. We brought our new kitty to be spayed and microchipped. The team member that answered the phone was very polite both times I called, even when the phone lines where busy they manage to pick it up and still ask if you can hold. Very friendly staff and great service. They followed up regularly to see how my dog was doing
They staff here and Dr. Dabaco took care of my babygirl when we needed it most. My dog Lulu got very sick and we didn't know why. Dr. Dabaco recommended she stay with them over night so she could get rest and fluids. All during the coronavirus pandemic they let me come the next day on my lunch hour to visit. Everyone was so kind and I just want to say it meant a lot to me that Lulu got such kind care when she was feeling her worst. Thank you Eden and staff and all the amazing people who work here
