I've been taking my pets to Dr. Debaco for 10 years. She is a fantastic vet and is very good with all my various scared and hurt animals. I highly recommend her. Most recently my dog tore a toenail off and I needed the next available appointment. Dr. Hardy was available, and I'm so fortunate that she was! My dog, Rosie, is an intimidating-looking Rottie mix. I love Dr. Hardy. She is understanding of people's finances, cares about pet's quality of life, and is she really takes the time to explain things to you. I am not so thrilled about the office staff. It is hot or miss with the receptionists or vet techs. My dog came in with a cone and those temporary vet noose collars. He gets really confused with the collar and he has open wounds on one of his front legs. Wow!!! Dr. Chen is Fabulous with my dog! She has a skin condition that's been hard to break since she was a puppy. She may not be cured but somehow all the recommendation that Dr. Chen gave me, I ended up doing everything and it's only been a few days but wow do I see a Huge difference! I'm talking about no smell and no more crazy scratching/licking. For the cost of $600+ that was sure worth every penny. After going to Grove Way Vet (across the street) for nearly twenty years I had to make a switch due to poor/rude service. I am so happy I made this switch to Eden hospital and wish my family had done so earlier. The girls at the front are so nice over the phone and in person and the vets are great too! I have three dogs ranging from 4 months old to 10 years old and they have helped with everything--parvo, bladder infections, you name it. Pricing is great, but the service is really exceptional.

I have only been doing business with Eden Pet Hospital for roughly 4 months and all I have got is high praise for the owner and employees who work there. I have a lot of ferral cats and I have been trying to catch them and get them fixed and return them back to the wilds of my back yard. I call for an appointment and if I'm lucky enough to have trapped one I take it to them and they spay or nuter them at no cost to me. It's all paid for by Friends of Ferrals Hayward. Thank you Dr. Hardy and staff! My poor old guy had a suspected foxtail and my regular vet had no way to see him today... Eden got him in and Dr. Hardy was able to do a quick job extracting the foxtail. They were all so kind to him, and Dr. hardy was really great about explaining everything. They even gave me an estimate of costs, then knocked it down because they didn't need to do everything they had expected. I took my Luna today for the first time. Dr. Hardy was excellent with her. She was super patient with Luna and took her time to get to know her first before she started her exam. Very happy. We will be coming back.

I cannot thank the folks at Edens enough for everything they did for my dog. My girlfriend and I brought him in for emergency care after being attacked by another dog during our morning walk. Needless to say were in a panicked state, but they were quick to help us and do everything they could. The care our dog recieved was excellent as well as affordable, and I am thankful we found them.

I have been a long time client at Eden Pet Hospital and would not trust my furry kids anywhere else. Dr Debaco and staff are warm and caring and have treated and saved the life of my pets throughout the years....the compassion and concern they have is above and beyond what one might expect.
