Not sure about the truth behind some of the negative one star reviews, as there is two sides to every story...... What I do know is, I took my 15 year old kitty in today to have all his teeth pulled since he had a horrible tooth root abscess and the rest were infected or mobile. Due to the neglect of his previous owners who left him behind in the streets after they moved. Bud also has heart and kidney disease. I have been going to this vet for years. Dr. Chen is the only doctor I will see there. I have seen two others but did not feel comfortable with them (nothing wrong with them, we just didn't click). This year has been a rough year for our dogs. Our lab was very old and was having neurological issues so we made the appointment to let Snickers go back in April. I can't say enough good things about the staff at Eden Pet Hospital. From Debbie and front desk staff to Dr. Chen and the vet techs, my dogs receive loving care on each visit. It's such a relief to know that there are people who care for your pets almost as much as you do!

They are very thorough with checking my dog as I took her to another vet before this place and the other place stressed me out saying my dog had cancer when it was actually spine issue which is treatable. Their vet was way more knowledgeable and caring!!!

We always bring our animals here when they need to see a Dr. We've ended up seeing almost all the dr's at one point or another but I highly recommend Dr. Dabaco, Dr. hardy, or Dr. Chen. They all have a great bedside manner and can answer all your questions. The assistants are also great. Very friendly and you can tell they have a love for each animal they see.

We just moved to the area and found this place on yelp. This place shows their team is very professional and gentle. My dog Katsu saw dr Chen today and her assistant were great! My dog takes some time to warm up. Also they know Shibas very well. They asked me some questions to get to know my dog before doing the physical exam. All questions were answered and all staff were great. Thank you Eden pet hospital for being so gentle with Katsu! We will be back soon for his next shots.

I went to Eden Pet Hospital for a second opinion regarding my cat's dental resorption and was very pleased with the experience. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and professional; the waiting area and the examination room were pleasant and clean; the tech. was nice, calm, and efficient; the lady who provided me with a breakdown of the potential costs involved in treatment went over it in detail rather than simply handing me a piece of paper; the costs were more reasonable than I expected and I didn't get the feeling I ... read more
