Return service, great. Advance information is nice, but it would help to receive schedule in advance (better to coordinate visit with our schedule vs having to schedule follow=up treatment. So far we like insect, rodent service......pending lawn service view. Other companies offer aeration service prior to fertilizing which might help product. Payment process is lacking, they need to set up monthly billing not 2 week billing, also improve payment online processing.
After the initial service, we saw no wasps at all. The second application was done 2 days ago in the wind and rain, and today we saw wasps in our garage. The tech didn't spray in the garage where we had wasp nests before, and he was unable to spray the top eaves due to the rain and especially the wind. We will probably have to have a retreat if the wasps persist..
Since Edge has been treating our home, the absence of pesky bugs is very noticabe.

Service tech showed up almost on time. Where we live, Google Maps, MapQuest, or any other map apps do not show our correct location. They show our address about one block west of Quaker Street or 2 blocks east of where we live. After I caught up to your service tech, I gave him instructions on where he should park his vehicle. After that he did a great job of treating our townhome for any pests. Too bad your handheld computers don't have the capability to insert exact directions to where your customers live. I am rarely there when they supposedly show up. I really have no idea if they performed the service or not. My bank account shows they were there. Not sure where to go from here.
I ask for the same guy every time and NEVER get it...I don't even know if I believe I get the service unless I'm there...
