More thorough service and not rush everything
As far as I can tell he did what he was supposed to do--but I wasn't home until he was just putting away the hose. He came to the door for me to initial for acceptance and checked 1 of the 3 boxes on his iPad. later when I looked at the emailed invoice I saw he put down his departure time as 2:24pm. Trouble is I signed for the work at about 2:06 and he left. I then departed for an appointment at 2:08--I looked at my car clock because I was running late. The contract which the sales rep pushed on us is extremely daunting. The legal jargon defending Edge Pest Control is designed specifically to cover the company from almost any wrongdoing. It is deceitful and sets the company up for sucess while simultaneously leaving absolutely no room for the consumer to defend themselves or cancell the contract if something goes wrong.
