Terrible. I’ve complained about voles in front yard all summer. Started with 1 track now multiple and supposedly Edge is taking care of this. Hmmm more and more tracks. I need results not playcation‼️‼️

That's where our re-services come in good, we always recommend to coordinate with our local office to determine how many times we need to come out and address whatever issue you have. please call 866-529-0864. You came out you came out and sprayed promised that you would come back in 2 weeks and spray again before I ever got to see any bud bugs but you never showed up for over 3 weeks by that time the bed bugs are back you came today and sprayed a more powerful spray then the first pray that you used telling me you would be back in another 2 weeks can I believe you I don't think so my experience with you people has been absolutely no good not even worth 1 star

We definitely want to make sure you are being taken care of as quickly and thoroughly as possible. It looks like when we set the service up for October 9th (2 weeks from your first service) between 8 am and 12 pm, no one was home. The service guy was great today. He serviced the entire inside and still covered the outside and looked for any problem areas for us.
Narrow the window of tech arrival from 4 hours to 2 or 3 hours.
I need to suspend the service due to too much money at this time!
