Awful !!!!! I can’t even get a manager on the phone !!!
Started service in July. 1st visit technician was given incorrect address. I have been trying to get my receipts and summaries via snail mail because internet site is not customer friendly. Took 3 months to make that happen. I have had Wolf Spiders in my basement since August and was finally able to make an appointment for a specific time for today. Four hour windows do not work for me, I am a physician. Technician callled me to say he was on his way 75 minutes before appointed time. Had to cancel 3 patients. Technic... read more
Didn’t perform to the standards that were explained to me multiple times that I have talked to management about what they are supposed to do. If I am at home and watch them work they will do it but if I can’t be home they do a partial or sparse application. I check the service on home video when I get home to find this. Will be dropping service once contract is completed.
A mouse was caught within 30 minutes of our first service!

I am stuck in a 2 year contract and we moved and do not need the service. I will never recommend you to anyone due to your high pressure sales tactics and 2 year agreement that is not flexible due to changing life circumstances. Your prices are outrageous compared to other services. Your initial price is low, which is what I thought the price was for each application. Misleading sales people.
Still have ant and spiders. Will not use again.
Not real sure what was done as I was not home at the time. My wife was at home but did not pay attention to what the technician was doing. I want to know if he checked the rodent boxes in our back yard, checking for level of activity of the moles/voles in our backyard.
