Hired Edge Pest Control to handle a vole problem. When selling their service they assured me that four services over the course of one year would take care of the problem. After three services the problem is worse than ever. When I called to cancel they informed me I was still under contract for one more service, that they do not offer a guarantee and that it is common for the problem to persist despite their services. Funny how they didn't mention that when selling the service.
They call to let me know that they where on there way and what time they were going to be there and he was on time .

I really will not know until the summer if they have treated my problem which was with wasps. I had a bad experience with one of their workers who stated they had completed the work while I was not at home but had not done so as my mother could attest to this. When I called to follow up with him, he hung up in my face. To the company's credit they went back to complete the work and discipline the worker immediately.

Took advantage of a senior with the signing of a contract. I was over sold. You do not need service every 5 weeks, every quarter is fine. They come out and you sign an electronic a tablet with your finger, and never receive a complete contract to sit and read, before signing.
i was put into a contract paid what was required and paid the bill and now they won't let me terminate the contract
Service was fine, it was performed on 10/28, I gave a check at the time of service. Within 3 days, I received a letter stating "if I had not paid my past due balance they were going to send me to collections." So I called them and told them that I gave the gentlemen the check and they said "OK" and ignored that notice. And then on November 7th, I received another letter stating "if I don't pay the balance, I will be sent to collections", and they cased the check. The check cleared my back on the 7th of November. I hired them because they seemed the most knowledgeable. I was impressed with the salesperson. Unfortunately the technician spent about 30 minutes putting down traps inside and didn't even address the issue with the voles in my yard; something that I discussed with the salesperson. He also didn't go into the basement where I had also seen evidence of mice. Since it was in the three day time frame, I was able to cancel the contract. I had just moved into my brand new beautiful home, and soon after realized I had mice (or mouse). There was evidence that one or more had been in my toaster and all over my gorgeous quartz countertops. YuK! So I got ahold of EDGE, thru Home Advisor, and they came later the same day. They placed a variety of traps in and around my home and within 12 hours the mouse was dead, and the rest have stayed away!
