I've lived at the Edison for over a year now and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. They do the best they can to accommodate all residents. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly, all common areas are kept immaculate, and I love the location. Sawyer and the rest of the team have set the bar pretty high for other apartment complexes!

Great place to live! Nice building with great amenities, lived here for two years and have enjoyed it. Close distance to many bars and restaurants in the RiNo neighborhood and a close walk/scooter to Coors Field. The staff is friendly, the maintenance guys are always really helpful and Janine in the leasing office, always goes out of her way to help when needed. Would definitely recommend living here.

Gorgeous new building in the heart of rino very close to downtown. Everything feels spacious and new. There's also a pet spa!!

Big fan of the Edison! Great staff, good apartments and the best pool in Denver! The location is great as well. A LOT is being built right now, so a great time to live in RiNo.

I love this building and the team. I have been here two years this month and truly couldn't imagine living elsewhere. Even with a few new faces on the service team side due to promotions to new buildings, they have not missed a beat. I think its pretty awesome to say I have been here this long and can count my work orders on one hand. The team is always friendly and say hello whenever I see them. After recently living at a very bad apartment complex (Civic Lofts) I can tell exactly what makes for a good one and The Edison is proving to be a great place. Many of my past bad experiences were about lack of professional communication/follow up, bad tenants, and just an unclean environment.
