The Edison has a amazing, friendly, hard working staff. I lived at The Edison for 2 years and loved it. The amenities and comment areas are always clean and the apartments itself all up to date and awesome. The pool has one of the best views in Denver! If you're looking for a cool, hip, apartment building, you can't beat The Edison.

Loved living here! Had a great experience for the 1 year lease here. They amenities are great, the people who live here become awesome friends, and it's pretty clean and safe for the most part. My favorite thing was the pool area and view - so much fun and the apartment hosts tons of parties and happy hours here! My boyfriend and I moved to Denver from TX in a whirlwind. We were rushing to find a place over a quick trip up before moving when we found The Edison. Let me just say that Kathy is a LARGE part of what made us sign, and who made this experience what it was. She is kind, hilarious, and always quick to respond to questions, concerns, and the like. The Edison was exactly what I was looking for in Denver. It is an awesome complex in an amazing area. Are there growing pains, sure! Regardless, I would choose the Edison again. The team was excellent and very responsive. The facilities, locations, etc. were well above average for the city. I would disregard the low reviews and am happy to discuss the experience. My only complaint is the $50 cleaning fee for the carpet upon moving out.
I took over a 6 month lease at The Edison at Rino when I was going through a separation from my husband. I lived in an awesome house in RINO so I needed a place I liked in the transition. I grew to love it here so much, I just signed another 6 month lease. Kathy helped me tremendously and worked her magic to find a lease option that worked for me and allowed me to stay. I've been here for 14 months now and recently resigned a lease for about 13 more months. These apartments haven't disappointed me- they're some of the most affordable apartments downtown while still being really high quality. Lodo businesses are only a walking distance away from the Edison, so you get the downtown experience without the expensive price. These apartments are stunning! Everything is high end finishes and very clean. The kitchen has ample storage with easy to clean cabinets. The fridge and freezer are a great size and the backsplash is a nice touch. The washer and dryer are high quality and don't shrink your clothes. The bathrooms are beautiful and the walk in closets are spacious. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this place!

My partner and I just moved in, and Although the building and amenities are fantastic, the true gem here is the spectacular team of people that work to make the experience here top notch. We cannot possibly say enough good things about our experience with the management staff here at the Edison. Cat and Katherine are rock stars! Hands down, the best community not only in RiNo, but Denver in general. If it wasn't for school obligations, I would've loved to renew and continue living here. Aside from being brand new and obviously hip, the staff and residents at The Edison make it feel like a real community... management is always bringing current and new residents together with fun pool parties, wine tastings, and other unique resident events, which are sometimes twice a week!
