We've been living here for a month and have been loving it! Jenna was wonderful to work with during our move and made the transition so easy! We love our apartment and the details and ammenties of the building. The location is great - tons of awesome food and places to explore. We're so happy to be living at Edison!

The staff is friendly and they do an amazing job at community involvement. They recently held a Wine down Wednesday which was a blast. They had an amazing pool party for the grand opening. They also tried to host brunch once a month. The building is amazing and the view from the pool is second to none. The apartments have high end finishes in the kitchens and bathroom. There is also a lot to do within walking distance. I highly recommend Edison at RiNo to anyone looking for a fun place to live.

I can not sing the praises of Edison Apts enough, Phillip O'Riley, our leasing agent has been a dream and I can assure you we are not the easiest bunch to deal with. As a corporation from out of the country we have a lot of demands and he has gone above and beyond customer service and we highly recommend anyone rent from this complex. I recently moved out of my unit at Edison after living there for 16 months. It was by far the worst living experience I've ever had in my life. As is becoming far too common with newer builds like this, there's very little soundproofing. I heard everything my neighbors above and beside me did at all hours of the day and night. Worst building I've ever lived in my life! Don't sign the lease until you've dug through all the reviews on multiple review platforms!! - extremely poorly built cheap building. Even thought it's a new built, thin wall and no privacy - extremely unhelpful and unprofessional management team (we waited an hour cluelessly in the lobby on our first day of move-in because the building manager suddenly realized that she "didn't have the key" and then disappeared. Horrible place to live! The main elevator goes down every week. Had to take the stairs one time and my senior dog that has heart issues had two seizures that night. Elevators are a basic need and I pay close to 4K a month. This complex fails on many levels.

I am so over the theft of packages in this building. I'm no longer going to ask people "if you grabbed my package by accident, can you please leave it at my door"? I've had so many stolen and I am over this completely.. Marti Olsen has been lying to me since I moved in. I've had over $4K in packages stolen now. I've seen the packages are all ripped open. Run don't walk away from the Edison at RiNo. They tout it as a luxury property and it is nothing but a poorly run frat house where management doesn't address anything. I've lived here for four months and haven't slept through the night once because of the neighbors constant partying until all hours of the night. I've complained to management many many times and nothing has changed. Not to mention the hallways smelling like urine and the dog feces that sit in the hallways for days at a time.
