My experience with Penny Mac was very satisfiable! I especially appreciated the amount of time it took for me to close. Everyone was great.
I closed 16 days late with no explanation. When I pushed for info about why, I would just receive requests for docs I already sent, as a stall tactic. I would have appreciated someone owning up to the fact that delays were caused on your end, instead of trying to gaslight and re-request docs.
From the very beginning everyone was so professional they communicated with me with a timely manner and was very friendly
