Initial process is fairly simple; communication contacts did change but once Edna took over it was fine. Some miscommunication over some requested documents but once it was cleared up then it went smoothly from there.
Edna reminded me to stop my automatic draft for my previous mortgage. This is something that I needed to be reminded to do.
Every time I called Edna would answer the call. No wait time. I was very impressed with that. I couldn't have been assigned a better person. Was impressed with PennyMac throughout the entire process.
