I was told by the Loan Originator that I would close at the beginning of October. I had to ask Edna to harass people and escalate on your side to get things moving by the middle of November - and Edna and I received no indication as to what was going on during that month and 1/2 difference. That lack of communication is frustrating, and unacceptable in a process like this.
