Edna is wonderful
My refinance process was quick and very easy. What a great team!
The loan process was fast and smooth. There were no issues throughout the process that weren't resolved quickly. If I had to change one thing about the process, it would be the title agent that was present during the signing of the document. She did not seem interested in answering questions.

You are and continue to be an unorganized company. Even in previous times one person says one thing and another says something completely different. I asked in the beginning what would my out of pocket costs be for closing probably $0 was the answer I received. The docs said something like $5000. Spoke with Edna she said it would be $974. And the day of signing I get a call saying it went up again. Had to get off the phone with her and call my wife to update the amount on the check.

Edna Godoy was truly a blessing. She assisted me throughout my refinance process. Edna was always available to answer my questions regardless of the time of day. She is a true professional and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
