It was simple and easy. No fuss.
It was unacceptable how the cash to close changed so drastically upwards until I complained, and it magically went down again. Also, the cash to close/closing disclosures were never sent to me every time it updated. We had to reschedule 4-5 times for the closing because of the cash to close rising in error by a ridiculous more than twice the amount, and then because of the backwards process of date/time scheduling for closing.
Service was precise fine correctly the first time. The associated were knowledgeable and get pleasant and courteous.

PennyMac made the entire process easy from start to finish. Once the process was underway and Edna was assigned to help us, she was fantastic about checking in weekly and answering any questions I had as well as let us know where we were in the process. Edna was always so professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. She is awesome and so is PennyMac!
Not having to call almost everyday for 2 months to follow up on what was supposed a 3 week process. Unfortunately, the amount of follow up I had to do was actually worse than getting my original mortgage. I thought using my current lender PennyMac the refinancing process would have been easy, OMG it truly was a disappointing experience all around. I am and have been very pleased with the service I've received from PennyMac these past 4 years though!
