Excellent!
Not your parents' tapas! Incredibly creative with taste, texture, and aromas, each tapas was better than the last. If I had more room in my stomach, I would have never left. Great, well-trained staff; attentive, but not overbearing.
We really enjoyed the chef tasting menu. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions & still pack everything with flavor. It was creative, casual & fun! Cocktails were great as well. We will be back for sure!

Did the tasting menu and it was very good-not knock my socks off, but was very good and we left full. Small dining area which I really liked but could fee cramped perhaps if all tables were full and some may find it a negative-I did not.
Enjoyed the tasting menu at $55/person - new innovative dishes that take on a modern take on classic Spanish tapas like croquettes and patatas bravas. Service was outstanding and highly recommend this place. We are from LA and typically default to what is on the strip but now branching out to off strip places for a better value.
What an evening the four of us had here at EDO's! We all ordered the tasting menu (what a deal!) and added on some items. Everything was spectacular - standouts were the amuse bouche of crudo scallops with fermented tomato juice, hamachi, tuna tostada, calamari rellenos, stuffed squash blossoms, bone marrow, - there wasn't a dud in the bunch. Our first time there and we absolutely loved EDO Gastro Tapas, the tapas were tasty, excellent service and I'm sure we will be back. Best tapas this side of Barcelona and you make very good sangrias!
