Second visit in 2 months and we were recognized by owner and sommelier immediately. Perfect balance of tapas with cheese varieties, assorted charcuterie, veg options for 2 of us. All extremely happy especially after a Dirty Andy each. On our list of regular splurge! The best of Spring Mountain!
Totally loved this restaurant. I picked it from OpenTable's best 10 in Las Vegas. Located in the center of Chinatown, it seems out of place, but honestly, anywhere you'd put it, expect the exceptional! The Chef came out at the end of the evening which is always appreciated, and we got to thank him in person for such a special meal.
We were really impressed with this place. The food was amazing. Very unique and crafty dishes. The smokes salmon was to die for with the aroma of smoky outdoor fire wood. The service was great, The wine was amazing seems to be a limited variety selection. It's a cozy place would certainly recommend.

Absolutely amazing! We did the tasting menu with a bottle of Cava and everything was just incredible, the food, the service, the bubbles. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic food and great service!
Took a date to Edo, fantastic service from beginning to end. Food was fantastic (went with chef's choice of 10 tapas) I enjoyed all 10 my date 9 of 10. In my opinion 19 of 20 for a chef's choice is amazing. All food was fresh and well presented. Waitstaff will keep your water and wine topped off all the time. Wine list has options for everyone in both price and variety.
Our experience at Edo was outstanding. We enjoyed everything about it. My husband and I enjoy going out for dinner and experiencing food from different countries. This did not disappoint.
