I'm in love with this restaurant. I had the vegan tasting menu and it was a fantastic surprise. Every bite better than the one before it. Cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful service from start to finish. The drinks were incredible- especially the gin and tonics. Every dish we had was spectacular couldn't recommend it more!
EDO Gastro, Tapas & Wine is a hidden gem. The food is outstanding and the service is impeccable. Expect this establishment to grow. It's one of the best places to eat in Las Vegas.

This place is so amazing and doesn’t disappoint. It’s hard to pick a favorite but the Bikini and the Filet stir fry stand out.
Delicious flavor, I’m from Spain and I’m impressed with the quality, variety and attention to detail of the products they serve. Very friendly staff. Drinks are great too. I love their HH pintxos too, especially the blood sausage. Looking forward to next time at Edo Tapas.
