Must have the tasting menu. A selection of amazing items that you likely will never get anywhere else. Each dish better than the last. An amazing dining experience that should not be missed.
You won’t regret coming here. Solid tapas for solid prices. Nothing really stood out versus peers, however.

We shared tapas and wine here a year ago and had an enjoyable evening. Last night we returned for a birthday celebration and had the tasting menu. All the courses were delicious and beautifully plated. They even added a few couses not listed on the menu. Especially memorable were the Wagyu pastrami tarte flambe and the dessert of foie gras, hazelnut gelato, and roasted pineapple ribbons. It was a perfect meal. EDO is our favorite restaurant when visiting Las Vegas.
The food is wonderful and original. Amazing flavors and textures. A treat for your tastebuds.
The BEST meal I have ever enjoyed. Hands down-simply impressive.
