All I can say is WOW! The tasting menu is unbelievably delicious and reasonably priced. Service was impeccable. What a find! I hate to give the secret that this place is away. Best meal I have had in Vegas in years. I will go back every time I am in town.
Love this place! The tasting menu is fabulous and very different with great presentation. Can't wait to come back again on our next trip to Vegas. Good luck Chef Oscar on your James Beard nomination. So deserved!

Food is great. Tapas place, so obviously small portions, but entrees were small too. Expensive.
We had the tasting menu which I really think is the way to go. Very creative, a bit whimsical and well executed twist on tapas. Not necessarily molecular gastronomy— Food is recognizable as such but transformed oxycodone the paella in the form of a potato chip!. We had the caviar egg cream add on (signature dish— a bit underwhelming) but not the scallop. The pacing was very rushed. We visit from out of town every few years and we will always make sure to make a reservation here. Amazing food.
I had special dinner with my family and little one. They welcomed us, and communicated well with me via email. We all did the pre-fixe tasting menu and was delightful we would definitely return.
Edo was an incredible experience. From the outside, this looks like another strip mall location, with windows that conceal what is inside. Once you are inside, you'll notice the fine attention to detail from the layout of the tables to the wall decor to the unique cutlery and plating.
