We deep dive looking for the best food in a city every time we travel, and EDO was our number one favorite restaurant of our entire 14 day trip. This place is an absolute gem and such a deal. I had the tasting menu, and the kitchen knocked it out of the park. In particular, the chef really knows how to make meat taste meatier. Really well balanced tasting menu and friendly staff.
