We had a particularly difficult selling process with some issues with our buyers lender. Ed was able to give us some insight on the issues that were occurring. The ease of our loan process compared to our buyers lender was night and day. All of our documents were sent in a timely manner. Even at closing, one of the insurance documents needed to be updated with the insurance carriers name. A phone call to Ed and in less than 10 minutes the corrected document was sent to the closing attorney.

Ed made a bad situation related to our Buyers of our home tolerable because of his professionalism. He was forthcoming with much needed info as we weren’t receiving any from our Buyers Broker for lengthy periods. He gave us facts and explanations for unknown terms.
