Marymount had a spacious living area being in a large double. There was 1.5 bathrooms which made it easy in the mornings before work. All the workers made everything easy and it was easy to move in and out even with it being busy. I would recommend this living situation and would do it again if I had another internship.

The location was amazing since I spend most of my time in midtown. The building was clean and the people are very nice. My only problems were the laundry room had quite a few issues and they don’t do roommate matching so I was not too happy with who I ended up with

I actually really liked living here over the summer term, and everything went well. Loved the ice machine, the room I was in was pretty big (at least a lot bigger than I'm used to for a three person dorm room), bathroom and water pressure for the shower was amazing, and the lounge areas were huge and spacious. However, I would say that for the summer term only being two months, it was very expensive, for me.

All facilities you would need for a summer in NYC are here - laundry, AC, etc It could be cleaner though!

When I was accepted for a summer conservatory in NYC, the need for housing was upon me. The studio partners with EHS, and, luckily for me, I was able to secure a space with this service in the Pace University dorm. From the first contact, to moving in, then checking out, all was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will suggest EHS to anyone I know who is seeking accommodations.
