I lived there for 2.5 years and I loved it, it came with its challenges but honestly the building is in the most beautiful location and I was on Clark St side which is so cozy. The rooms have a good amount of light. I always felt so safe, and I honestly would stay there again.

I wasnt in the room much so it was ok, black mold when we moved in but the ra’s were helpful and got it cleaned in 3 days. There was no ventilation in our bathroom. Pretty spacious for a NYC dorm room (double). Study spaces on 1st floor were very nice when wanting to get a break from my roommate.

I stayed at St. George Towers Residence for two weeks and had a good experience. The common areas were clean, the kitchen was spacious, and security at both entrances were friendly. The rooms itself were very similar to college dorms (a little outdated and dirty, but nothing crazy, ie: broken blinds and some spider webs). The rooms were bare bones and I needed to buy items such as toilet paper, shower curtains and a trash bin, but again, it was pretty much a standard college dorm room.
