No real humans to talk to when a package is being run thru Las Vegas 4 time in 17 days. No numbers to call just a bot talking about the same **** over and over. Eightvape needs to be shut down for good
Scammed me twice. First time I ordered three bottles of 6mg vape juice a day they shipped 0mg. Order had not arrived yet but it shows on the order confirmation I ordered 0mg which I definately did not. I tried to order 3 more bottles while I waited to try to fix the first one and they charged my card and didn't even put an order in. So I have a 60$ charge for nothing. No order has been placed just money taken out of my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM.
Absolutely terrible system and customer support. It took me half an hour to complete an order as their credit card system would not complete the sale. I tried multiple browsers and incognito mode and redid my cart. After half an hour I was able to complete the order but I made an error reloading my car and ordered the wrong coils that did not match the tank I ordered (I needed version 2, not version 1 to match). My order was lost, they have no phone number so everything is by email. They don't write back for days. Then they held my money for weeks "just in case" my package magically arrives. No package ever came. I had to send way too many emails and spend way too much of my own time on this. Then my refund was for 15 dollars less than my original purchase. I was offered 15% off my next order as an apology. They have a promotion for 30% off to everyone at the moment though so the 15% is useless. Bad business, and bad customer servic... read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Never received my $130 order. When I contacted them about the issue I received an email back saying they would contact the shipping company (I also had already done that and sent screenshots of them saying they returned the order due to not being able to deliver) and then just never received another single response. So $130 and hours of my time back and forth trying to get a response from them just be left without the money or the items I ordered.
This company is a scam - placed order on 8/4, received notice that it shipped on 8/8. On 8/18, still nothing and the tracking by their janky shipping company is useless. There is no customer support via anything but email - they told me that it was delivered after 7 days of back and forth with them, I told them it absolutely was not delivered to me, I have cameras, it was not delivered. Order. Wait. Then wait more. No ETA after 3 weeks or movement from the map they give you to watch for delivery. Spent $100 and had to supplement other juice or broken glass while waiting and waiting. I am a very patient and compassionate person. I don't write bad reviews because I don't want to cause people to lose a business or employees, but this is probably the absolute hardest company to purchase from. It needs to be shut down.
Horrible follow through and "shipping information" is non existent. I have never had such a negative experience with other websites. Tried contacting eight vape and their excuse was " the carrier tried to deliver but I wasn't home" which is a bold face lie considering i work from home and I have surveillance cameras covering every Sq inch of my property and doorbell cams. They've definitely lost my business.
This company isn’t a “scamming” company & I’ve been a fairly loyal repeat customer of Eight Vape’s since we moved to the area: abt 2 yrs ago. While all of my prior orders have gone well, my most recent experience definitely left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.
