Customer Service is less than helpful. I waited 22 days for my order to be Attempted to deliver. Had to wait an additional 2 days from eightvape customer service to find out who the shipping courier was, as they did not initially disclose that information.
I was a customer for years. This last order which requires an adult signature was never delivered and returned to Eightvape as they state they attempted delivery 2x. I have cameras on my house as well as a ring. This company never even attempted to come to my door which I can prove. I reached out to Eightvape and their response was all well inwould have to pay for reshipment m. Again I have proof the company never attempted to deliver. I placed a $200 order January 11. Never received my package. Purchased from them before and now they seem to be a scam. Going to dispute the transaction with my credit card company because they have no contact number. Ridiculous.
I placed an order from them for over $100 and never received it. Their customer service rep said they cannot do anything to help me until the shipper responds saying the package was lost because I did not buy shipping insurance. I paid $10 for shipping how does this not cover me? This site scammed me and is stealing my money.
If I could make it a negative star rating I would I ordered 10 disposable bales for over $100 and 4 out of 19 didn’t work. I wasn’t planning to open all 10 at once but after the first 2 I opened all of them and discovered 4 of them didn’t work. With their delayed responses a week later they told me their policy says if I don’t report or request a refund within 48 hours of delivery they aren’t responsible for anything and to contact the Mfg. This place has poor business practices.
I was scammed too!!! Im contacting police on this now that I've confirmed they've been doing it to others too. I'm also contacting my bank and disputing. Not a legitimate business
I was a long-time customer of over four years. I placed an order which they immediately marked as shipped. For 18 days it showed as shipped but I could see it wasn't moving from their warehouse. I asked to refund my money, they refused. Eventually, after much complaining, they said it was shipped, though the tracking number they gave would not work. I think I forced them to finally ship.
