They lied and stole from me. After weeks of back and fourth they issued a partial refund for an order they never shipped back. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER.
Made an order, they sent the wrong juice now going around in circles they say I got hold of discontinued customer service that is listed on there web sight. spent 137.00 still trying to get a hold of someone.
Eightvape and Route delivery service scammed me for $150. I placed order in December 2022 and it is now a few days from February 2023 and I am not receiving any assistance in finding my order, getting refunded or anything from either company at all. They stole my money and are now choosing to ignore my complaints and refund requests. Do not order from here! You will not receive your purchase!
Shipping takes forever like so many others complain about and also, apparently when their site says you’re eligible for free shipping for spending $95, you have to look at your order and hidden in my products in my cart was a state nicotine tax of $27.70 (Mn has highest tax I think) and I should know that isn’t included in the total to qualify for free shipping. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst online shopping experience of my life! I’m older and actually know how to talk to humans. Unfortunately EightVape does not as is evident in their flat out refusal to allow an individual customer to call. I am still fighting with them to either get my product to me (hasn’t even shipped, yet they charged my credit card immediately upon ordering) or my money back. They don’t respond to emails or if they do, the information given is a lie. Don’t shop at Eightvape.
This is the second time I have orded from this company. The first time the shipping took FOREVER. But I thought, maybe it was a fluke & they use a different shipping company now. What a mistake! The shipping company they use now is SWYFT. The worse shipping company ever!!! Worst customer service! Package lost and they just tell you to deal with shipping company swifty which is the worst shipping company ??. Don't buy from them. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased ??.
Can't track your order due to no updated info. Then they only gave me partial refund when their shipping company returned my order to them! What a joke of a company!
Sent me wrong items tried to change from the beginning. Customer service kept side stepping my questions. Finally received them two weeks later tried to email several times finally got a reply that they won't accept them back . 60 bucks down the drain what a waste of time and money what a joke of a company ripping of honest paying customers never would I use this company ever again .
