I purchased a order I still have not received nor can i get any information about the carrier service as to the name of the company or when (IF) I willget it especially considering im supposed to be available to sign for it or I wont even get my purchase yet I couldnt cancel becuase your website listed a false shipping date that actually wasnt even shipped for TWO WEEKS after. this is my first and last experience with EIGHTVAPE I have purchased many times from other companies and never have I been givin so much ** about thie... read more

I ordered several bottles of vape juice from them. Their shipping is untrackable, and you have ZERO idea if/when your order will be delivered. Do yourself a favor, don't buy anything from them.

Twice now I placed an order and it took forever to come the first time and the second time it never came. Customer service is a robot that just says the same thing over and over again. We're sorry for the inconvenience....but the never tell you were or when you will get your order and they do not provide a resolution. 1st they tell me that it's one it's way, then when I inquire about it 5 days later, they say that they attempted to delivery it, but the address was wrong. Horrible customer service, they sent my package to the wrong state and refuse to accept responsibility claiming that “the package is marked as delivered”…. Yes to the wrong state. Even after submitting all my supporting documentation showing the correct delivery address entered and a screenshot from the delivery facility showing that their team entered the incorrect shipping reference number which resulted in the package being sent incorrectly.

Recently, I spent over$100 on different products. They sent me an email saying they shipped everything. I emailed them 20 days later wondering where my said is at and they said they were delivered. I'm on a disability income and can't afford to pay for things and not get them!

Bad experience. Order was placed, no info was provided. I was never told when the delivery would be. No one called or emailed to let me know. After 3 weeks i reached out (no one reached out to me) and i was told it was attempted to be delivered twice... Again, NO ATTEMPT to communicate or schedule delivery. Poor business model. will be avoiding in the future

they try to upsell you stuff and when you add it to your order they recharge you shipping...example; i bought 100.00 worth of stuff and after paying for everything they asked if you would like to add things to your order and i did,2.45 item and charged me another 18.00 for shipping. total misleading me to think it would be added into the same order i just did... be careful...
