ordered on Jan the 9th and today it states my package was delivered and signed for at 8:32 a.m. on 10/9 on the year of 1975. With the proper date underneath of Jan XX XXXX. I never signed for anything and have ring cameras on every entry way of the house. My wife and I both work from home too and she don't smoke or vape. They have horrible customer service, no number to call and some kind of thieving is going on.
I placed an order on 01/02/22 and as of today (01/20/22) I still have not received it. I have sent several emails regarding of where my order is. I received 1 email stating it was sent. I've also requested for my money back, and no reply. The tracking # provided is coming back "no info found". I'm trying to get my $115.00 back, and its very frustrating when this company is doing nothing to comply with my request of either order or my money.
Extremely terrible service. I received a shipping notification 10 days ago however USPS has never taken possession of the shipment and there's no tracking info. I have tried so many times to contact these guys and get not return phone calls or responses to emails. They did t have problems Took my $80 but now I'm out with nothing to show for it. Don't use these guys or you may be too!
I ordered over 2 weeks ago and received a "some items in your order shipped" with no tracking number. When you click the tracking button, you need the tracking number to look. When I go to the website, just says getting your order ready. Email to customer service a week ago, still no response. Horrible. Will never shop with them again! I want what I purchased or a refund! Total waste of time.
Same complaints as everyone else (aside from 8Vape obviously posing as Sandra M). I ordered on 11/27/21. I have emailed them, posted on Facebook, and sent them direct messages. I still don't have my order. I was given what appears to be a fake tracking number which goes to a fake website and still doesn't even have any information as to where the package is or when it would be delivered. Requested full refund for products ordered. Only received product cost and not refunds for shipping, adult signature charge and CT State Sales Tax. I should be receiving a refund for the entire amount charged to my credit card since I never received the product.
Placed an order in early December. Received an email with a tracking number. That has zero information with said tracking number. I have since emailed four times without a single reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are either frauds or simply do not care about their customers enough to reply to an email. I have tried to get updates or even cancel my order. No reply. Next step is to claim this as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company.
I ordered a good chunk of product from them on November 15th. The tracking number they provided me on December 1st (several days after I had emailed them asking about my order) showed no real movement until December23 when it said out for delivery. On December 26 I checked on the order and saw it was "delivered". It wasn't delivered and I didn't sign for it. Don't order from them!
