I placed my order on Dec 1 worth almost $200. I never received my product so I thought I would contact them only to find out they don't actually have a phone number. I tried reaching them out on the email they have provided only to enrage myself. THEY DON'T REPLY YOUR EMAIL!! So at this point I don't know what should be my next step. I want a refund. It was shipped out to LSO TO DELIVER TO ME. They still haven't delivered it's been almost a month. I can't get ahold of you and I get no help with the shipping update. I've never had a problem receiving a package with other companies. LSO has a big issue not delivering packages and you can't get into contact with them either. Eightvape do your research on who you have delivering to customers. This is not the only place I will be reporting too. Refund me my money!
I placed my order on November 16 2021. I sent an email to get a status of it on November 30th 2021. I basically was just given their shipping information found on their website. I then sent another email asking what the status is because the website doesn't fully show anything. I got an email with more information about the shipping which was a bit more useful than the first. Eightvape has the worst customer service . 35 days and no order delivered . They charged my account the day I placed my order which was October 31, 2021. They emailed me on Oct 31 saying my shipment is secure with Route ~ of course they wanted me to download the Route app. On 11/1/21 I receive an email my order had shipped however the tracking number they provided keep saying carrier can not be determined. I placed an order on about October 22nd. It's now December 6th and it hasn't arrived. They don't provide accurate information, rarely get in contact with me. They have a nice scam going here. They charge your card immediately and then say they can't refund you until your goods arrive and you've shipped them back. How long am I supposed to wait? This is for eightvape Order EVXXXXXXX I've been waiting on an order for a month now. Eightvape has stopped responding to my help tickets. The only one they did respond to was where I said, hey where's my stuff it's been a month? Only for them to send me a boilerplate email of, it's been more than a month please make a new help ticket. I ordered over two weeks ago and my order still hasn't shipped and they are not responding to me.
I made an order on October 25th. It took forever to ship. I finally got an email saying it had shipped on the 9th but I never received a real tracking number. Now they won't answer my emails asking for my money back. I don't know what happened to the company in the last few months because they used to be good. Now I'm out almost $100 that I don't know how to get back! Don't order from them!
