No response to 4 emails requesting status of order that they charged me for.
Seem's like I am not the only one that is getting screwed. I just called my bank and notified them on what happened. I got my full refund back as this is clearly fraud. The customer service representative told me that whenever a customer reports fraud regarding EightVape, they will get a dinged with a red flag, and once they get enough red flags, VISA will stop doing business with them. So everyone please call your banks and get your refund. I hope these crooks get the worst!
Long time customer until today. I placed an order back in October and still haven't received it. Today's date is 12/29/21. The tracking info they provided was broken (literally a webpage with broken code). The replacement tracking number showed a package in transit in South Africa. Eightvape support has provided zero assistance. The company essentially committed theft, in my opinion. I have no refund, I have no product. I ordered about a month ago and still haven't received my package. Ive reached out to them and nothing. I'm assuming they stole my money
I placed an order back on Nov. 26, 2021 for $179.29. Order EVXXXXXXX. I was left with a notice to call back, but seriously, I don't have endless hours to be put on hold with Deliver-It. On top of that, there is no tracking number from EightVape as well. I've ordered before, but this is the worst. I'm going to take my biz elsewhere now. It seems there rock bottom prices is just a gimmick to defraud its customers.
Ordered during a promotion. Never shipped package. Nov 2nd order. November 19th sent email asking for order status. CSR responded. "Yes, your order was placed on 11/02 but it was not shipped on 11/02. It looks like there was a delay in our warehouse but the tracking that I provided is correct. We apologize for any inconvenience. Does not ship product and claims to have false information on delivery status. Would put -5 stars if I could. Second time I have had problems with this company. Will never order from them again. I warn others to find another company to order from. Please heed my warning!
This company is a fraud. I placed an order for over $100 a month ago, and used overnight delivery. No communication. I have attempted to contact them multiple times by email, with no response.
8vape Ruined my Christmas! Order before thanksgiving and then got ghosted! They say they are working with route but all they do is push the same propaganda! Product is lost in Limbo with a bogus tracking number that does not connect to any shipper I can locate & route has stopped responding as well. This place was a solid place to shop & now it's garbage!!!!
