Good juice **** service. Stuffed up the delivery on my international order. Wanted me to pay a further $45, on my original $122 order to get it resent. Told them I wasn't paying for their wrong doing and wanted a refund. Got refunded my 3/4 of my order, minus the $45 Initial shipping fee. Have used them in the past and had no issues. How times change.
First off I would like to say eightvapes is a legit company, I've bought juice from them for probably the past 3 years but boy has it went down hill shipping prices have SKY rocketed and you now have to pay a "adult signature fee" too. Your paying about 20 to 25 dollars extra because of these it's ridiculous in my opinion find a different website or go to a vape store it's a ripoff now.

We are sorry to hear that you feel our shipping prices are to high. We now have to require the signature federally which has lead to higher cost of shipping. If this ever changes we'll gladly remove that mandatory charge.
I have been a customer for a while. I had an issue with a previous order but the problem was rectified so I figured I would order again. I spent almost 52.00 for 3 boxes of coils with shipping. I received the coils but they were not what I ordered.I sent in a ticket and pictures as asked. I went back and forth with the so-called customer service department explaining clearly that what I received was not what I ordered. Scam website and read the reviews. It said the delivery attempt was made and it was not. I was home at the time as well! Also it just a website to just scam many others as they would you if even consider it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
If I could give them no stars I would! This is a total scam. There is no customer service number. I order over 100 dollars in products, it took over a month to receive them and when I did they were defective. I placed a ticket with photos and videos as requested the day I received them and was told they could not replace the items. Do not order from this company!!!!
Terrible. I ordered and received a pack of 3 coils and all 3 didn't work. This has happened to me before. When I wrote them their response was "Per our TOS all sales are final." That's nothing but a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won. Finally don't believe their prices alone. My order was for the small pack of coils and one 120 ml bottle of juice and not only did they charge me $15.95 for shipping but they tried to sneak in a $2.99 charge for tracking of the shipment. Order#EV1447063 date ordered 4/9 $47.45 and Order#EV1447668 cost: $27.95 date ordered 4/10 I paid for protection on both orders which was an extra charge and the included $15.99 shipping charge. I made an order in April, was supposed to get it within 7 days, never received it, I've emailed them several times with no response, when they finally responded, they said they will reship my order and yet again no order.
