This is a run down area. River walk is nice but the hotels are circa 70’s-80’s.

Nice layout but the rooms need to be updated. Bathroom needs ventilation, popcorn ceilings needs to be replaced and the lighting is poor.

Stay Great, Food Great, Casino not so Great The hotel and room was great 4-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, Food options and prices 4-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, casino for table games 2-⭐️⭐️. Very understaffed for this time of the year. I was very disappointed in the table games. We were there for bowling tournament that runs for 5 months and they have known for years it was coming and to be understaffed is uncalled for. There is a lot of activity at this property. Could use a deep cleaning and a little TLC. Met our needs for one night but not sure I would choose to visit again.

Rooms outdated. Like the layout of all the different areas. Easy to get around. Close to Bowling stadium. Lots to do in area in walking distance. Room rates were good for bowlers with discounts.

Hit or Miss The service is hit or miss as bell hop and valet service was excellent but front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. Room appliances such as iron not working and some outlets not functioning properly. Room is nice and beds, etc. are ok. They are not adequately staffed so you are kind of on your own to figure things out. Service in restaurants hit or miss too - some good others not. The walkway between casinos is a great concept and gives you a lot of options to walk around and explore.
