Stopped here on my last night of a long road trip back to the SF Bay Area. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had a very fragrant floral air freshener smell when I arrived. When I woke up at 4 am, could definitely smell cigarette smoke, in a non-smoking room. I was on the 8th floor, near the elevator. Didn’t like that because of noisy hotel guests getting off the elevator, and I felt less safe there. My biggest complaint was no room service. So the first room we were in had a water leak in bathroom they got us transferred to a new room. The new room was nicer but the tub was basically filling with water. So wasn't able to take a bath. When I told them they asked if we wanted to switch rooms I said no because we were leaving soon . We called had them work on plumbing while we were out that wasn't done so next day Thursday we had to again go to front desk explain situation this time was actually fixed. Eldorado Hotel Our stay was good, in spite of all the smoke which filtered into the hotel. The hotel was very good at housekeeping and rooms were clean. There was no valet parking because of the Covid but there was free parking across the street. Mr. Gray at the service desk was a GREAT help.
I enjoyed how the casinos connected and all the stuff to do there.
The room was smoke free but it smelled of smoke.
I will stay again Better than expected. Housekeeping for good, but not perfect. The rug needed some attention in the corners. Good restaurants, casino was clean - not generous - but lots of fun. Check in was fine but slow. Staff were all nice and informative.
Carefree stay. A nice place to stay as a couple!
