Clean, quiet, friendly, and relaxing Checking it was very quick and easy. Customer service is extremely polite and courteous. Overall very professional first impression. The room was very clean and pleasant with some really cool and surprising features. Had a very relaxing stay and would definitely go there again.
We took the kids here to get a break from just staying at home. Kids enjoyed the arcade over at Circus Circus. We walked outside to grab something to eat and also took the kids to do an escape room activity all within walking distance from our room. House keeping was quick to respond to our requests even when it’s 3am in the morning. That’s great customer service 😊 We’re definitely returning customers
Stayed two nights. It's comfortable. I do think low counters are strange. At Eldorado, we had the best casino floor service, out of all the casinos we've been, by far. Night shift Destiny was professional, efficient, and super nice. I played some, won some, and played some more (didn't win more tho) but since our service was great I was still happy.
