Exceptional
Exceptional Everything good Clean, very friendly staff, not too busy.
Exceptional
Pleasant Lights didn’t work in bathroom. Key didn’t work for room. We had to go to front desk multiple times to redo. We kept away from other cards as instructed however it was a major inconvenience. Shops were nice and the casino was clean.

Amazing stay! There wasn't one thing I didn't like about this place!! The room was huge and the view was to die for!!! 23 floor!! The staff was so nice and super helpful. Will go back again and again!!
Overall ended up being a good stay. Was originally assigned to a horrible room despite requesting an upgrade ahead of time. They did not seem to be aware of the upgrades I was invited to request. Unsure what systems are not talking to each other. Upgraded room had a good view and was comfortable. Restaurants were open.
Very Good Los cuartos un poco chicos el baño no me gusto nada demasiado viejos El hotel está súper me gusto
