Horrible experience. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only Gem cart company on 30A! They delivered my GEM cart BROKEN Three times. They charged me 9,000 for a new engine. Received it back and it was still broke. I found out after a $9000 repair they did not even replace the engine and still charged me for towing! They took it in and “””” repaired””” it. Horrible experience. Bought a cart. I had issues the same day and they told me to suck it up. Eric Hepple and Jimena Tovar under the direct supervision of Tom Waldrop. Make sure you check other places. No need to be in my situation. I just lost 20,000.00. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. At least check. Do your homework!!!

Left a voicemail after the store opened and asked to be contacted back in reference to to see if they had a part in stock and they never attempted to contact me back. I bought the part elsewhere.

They don’t honor their warranty. I bought a used golf cart with a 90 day warranty. After the shop done parts replacements my cart is still not working properly. The speed gauge and the odometer is not working which was broken when they were working on other items. The owner refused to repair my golf cart or give me a refund.
