Horrible experience. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only Gem cart company on 30A! They delivered my GEM cart BROKEN Three times. They charged me 9,000 for a new engine. Received it back and it was still broke. I found out after a $9000 repair they did not even replace the engine and still charged me for towing! They took it in and “””” repaired””” it. Horrible experience. Bought a cart. I had issues the same day and they told me to suck it up. Eric Hepple and Jimena Tovar under the direct supervision of Tom Waldrop. Make sure you check other places. No need to be in my situation. I just lost 20,000.00. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. At least check. Do your homework!!!

Mr. Castillo, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Upon delivery, we found the cart to have a faulty harness that allows the battery to charge and took immediate action. We filed a warranty claim immediately as per manufacturer requirements in order to receive a new wire harness from them. Left a voicemail after the store opened and asked to be contacted back in reference to to see if they had a part in stock and they never attempted to contact me back. I bought the part elsewhere.
