This is the first time I used Electric Golf cart company. They replaced the controller on my cart when they delivered it after a couple of days it.started making clicking noice maybe coming from the controller. I called Wes who is the service manager and explain to him that sometimes it would not go in reverse or forwarded. After talking to Wes he apologized and he would pick it up to find out what the problem was. Battery installation work done well & timely on my Yamaha cart. Service techs made some improvements by lubrications to steering & other joints despite your “official policy of not working on Yamaha carts” which was greatly appreciated. Hope you change your policy in the future as y’all do great service work. Thanks
