They don’t honor their warranty. I bought a used golf cart with a 90 day warranty. After the shop done parts replacements my cart is still not working properly. The speed gauge and the odometer is not working which was broken when they were working on other items. The owner refused to repair my golf cart or give me a refund.

extremely overpriced took months to do the work and some items were still not fixed after 2 ND trip to pick up my machine.

DO NOT under any circumstances purchase a cart from Electric Cart Company. we purchased a cart from them in November 2019. we purchased a Sirius Golf Cart, 6 seater, loaded with reverse camera, etc. it cost roughly $21k. Our cart has been in their service department, at least, 5 timrs in a year and a half. They constantly say they fixed the problem but sometimes, within a few days of them returning it, the problem comes back. Sometimes it takes a few weeks. I brought the cart in because he wasn’t going very fast. I asked service dept to find out why. They said I had 1 bad battery and the others were not great. I had them replace batteries but was never told that Yamaha told service that it would not go any faster than what is was doing. (12-14 mph). Wished I had been told before I said to replace the batteries.
